Here is a cake I created for my friend Katrina's little 1 year old Chloe! It was a 3 tier and I had her choose 3 different flavors! The top tier was Spice Cake with cream cheese filling, the middle layer was chocolate with fresh strawberries and cream filling and the bottom tier was white with cream cheese filling. I got feedback from Katrina and she said everyone was really impressed with the taste of the cake! They couldn't believe a cake that looked like this would also taste amazing!
This cake was truly amazing and the taste was unreal! It was soooo good! we all had to have a little slice of each flavor! And I have had comments from people non stop about this cake!
